Discussion of the position/individual required with Atlas Recruitment
Outline the fee structure and the timeframe that the assignment process will follow
Discuss advertising strategy (including print, internet, industry publication and database search)
Filter advertising response referring to position/individual requirements
Interview filtered candidates including a presentation of the client/position and opportunity
Present successful short-listed candidates to client
Organise client interviews with candidates
Reference check desired candidates
Negotiate offer with both parties including, start date, remuneration and
Prepare candidate for counter offer from current position
Present the client with a guideline towards a candidate induction program
1 & 3 month client/candidate performance follow-up
