  • Discussion of the position/individual required with Atlas Recruitment

  • Outline the fee structure and the timeframe that the assignment process will follow

  • Discuss advertising strategy (including print, internet, industry publication and database search)

  • Filter advertising response referring to position/individual requirements

  • Interview filtered candidates including a presentation of the client/position and opportunity

  • Present successful short-listed candidates to client

  • Organise client interviews with candidates

  • Reference check desired candidates

  • Negotiate offer with both parties including, start date, remuneration and

  • Prepare candidate for counter offer from current position

  • Present the client with a guideline towards a candidate induction program
